GAMZE BİLGE

Graduated from the Department of Labour Economics and Industrial Relations and started with her career at Barsan Global, a logistics company. Gained experience in all areas and fields of human resources for 2 years. Worked for NBS İnsan Kaynakları ve Yönetim Danışmanlık from 2009 until 2014 where she led recruitment projects in many sectors such as technology, energy, IT, and FMCG. Worked as a Human Resources Associate at Koç Sistem Bilgi Teknolojileri in 2014. Having acquired experience in recruitment, performance and talent management, recruitment programme for recent graduates, employer brand, social responsibility projects, wages and career management, she is now one of the Managing Partners at Moneta.

BURCU AYDIN BARIŞ

Graduated from the Department of Labour Economics and Industrial Relations and started with her career as a customer representative at Koç Bank. Gained expertise as a human resources assistant in recruitment, performance management, wages, and career planning. Worked for NBS İnsan Kaynakları ve Yönetim Danışmanlık in 2009 where she led recruitment projects in many sectors such as technology, energy, IT, and FMCG. Having expertise in recruitment process of medium to senior executives, she began to work as a human resource manager at Greif FPS, a global packaging company, in 2012. Serving in recruitment, performance management, and wage management, she was once again employed at NBS İnsan Kaynakları ve Yönetim Danışmanlık this time as a project manager in 2013. After 3,5 years of experience in recruitment, evaluation center, business development and customer relations, she is now one of the Managing Partners at Moneta.

SALİHA GÖK

Graduated from the Department of Labour Economics and Industrial Relations, she started her career as a recruitment assistant specialist at Yordam İnsan Kaynakları ve Danışmanlık in 2005. Continued her career at NBS İnsan Kaynakları ve Yönetim Danışmanlık in 2007 where she gained experience as a project supervisor, and a simultaneous operations director in many sectors such as finance, construction business, technology, energy, IT, retailing, and FMCG nearly for 8 years. Also played an active part in establishing NBS Akademi. Served at İstanbul Varlık / Plato Finansal Danışmanlık Servisleri in 2013. As a Human Resources Director, she took part in recruitment process of medium to senior executives, mass recruitment process for call centers, organising social events and motivation activities. After 12 years of proactive experience, she is now one of the Managing Partners at Moneta.
