Export Sales Group Manager ( Middle East, CIS & Africa)

Moneta is looking for Export Sales Group Manager ( Middle East, CIS & Africa) for our business partner in the FMCG sector.

 

Job Description

·        Accountability for monthly sales forecast and revenue targets

·        Improving new accounts in new or/and existing countries in order to increase sales

·        Analyzing & Improving KPI’s of customer mono brand stores, Shop in Shop and kiosks in territory

·        Improving expansion of customer mono brand stores, Shop in Shop and kiosks in territory

·        Developing the core sales positioning and messaging for the product in different parts of the territory

·        Developing close partner relationships to ensure collaborative focus on accelerating commercial and sales timelines

·        Analyzing market data, trends, competition and opportunities, and make recommendations to Marketing and New Product Development teams

·        Training distributor sales representatives on products and work with them to expand product penetration

·        Managing relationships with distributors and key partners, including leading participation in key customer visits, industry events and conferences. Establish and build long-term relationships

·        Ensuring on-time, on-budget sales revenues and delivery to customers

 

Requirements

·        Graduation from a reputable university in related field

·        Min. 15 years of experience; Cosmetics, Luxury, FMCG or in Retail sectors experience, especially in a multinational company will be an asset

·        Experience in Middle East, CIS and Africa areas is a plus

·        No restrictions for travelling to abroad

·        No military obligation for male candidates

·        Excellent communication and negotiation skills

·        Knowledge of export procedures and regulations

·        Very good level of MS-Office applications

·        Excellent command of English

·        Second language will be preferred
