Moneta is looking for a “Merchandiser” for our global business partner in retail sector.


  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports regularly,
  • Analyze sales, stock, cover, sell through figures on weekly periods for continuing performance and optimum stock levels,
  • Determine the best sellers and worst sellers by channel and store breakdown,
  • Plan the range building, maintaining sales and gross profit in line with overall business expectations,
  • Plan stock requirements to meet the budgeted sales,
  • Evaluate market conditions and competitors, determines requirements for existing and future products,
  • Monitor the market, trends and competitors prices,
  • Develop and offer promo plans and projects for new and existing products,
  • Monitor, review and report on all promotion activities and results,
  • Track the performance of new comers and inform management for performance results,
  • Ensure the sales team that they give high attention to the brand driver and forecasted volume segment products,
  • Assist in forecasting order quantities based on existing stock and sale information,
  • Category sales plan aligned with retail team’s sales targets,
  • Develop and maintain the OTB with monthly updates and re-forecasts,
  • Identify opportunities and risks across within assigned merchandise area and prepare appropriate action plans,
  • Prepare various analyses according to corporate objectives and strategies,
  • Identify campaign and promotions to the current system and communicate with stores to make sure that the campaigns are active on the system,
  • Communicate with the IT support firm if there is a problem with the campaign implementation and sales data,
  • Visit stores with report packs on regular periods,
  • CRM applications for 3rd party collaborations, campaign plans and management of test process at stores,
  • Assist for store transfers and stock counting.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics or related fields,
  • Min 3-5 years work experience especially in retail,
  • Fluency in English both oral and written,
  • Proficient in the use of Excel, experience of DIVA and Qlicksense is an asset,
  • Strong negotiating skills in order to resolve issues,
  • Candidate should be systematic, good at follow-up and prioritization.
