Moneta HR is looking for Sales Executive for our business partner in Metal Welding & Automation Industry in Russia for below regions.
1. Kazan/Volga Region
2. St.Petersburg/NW Region
3. Novosibirsk/Siberia Region
– is from welding or metal processing business
– higher education (in welding is a plus);
– English is a plus
– has skills to sell technically complicated product, organize sales in a complicated standard environment
– skills in selling welding equipment or consumables is a big advantage –
– ready for business trips around the region (often)
– driving license “B”, personal vehicle.
– accommodated in the region of responsibility
1. Executes plan and sales strategy around the region of responsibility. Individual Sales and sales through distributors.
2. Executes annual, quarterly and monthly budgets.
3. Plans visits, trips, communications with customers, 4 days from 5 is on the road.
5. Studies customer demands, products market, supports customers with all the necessary information
7. Develops company image and standards in market environment
8. Develops effective distributors sales in the region
9. Takes an active part in trainings organized by company for its customers, sales people and distributors, takes a leading role in involvement.
10. Organizes preparation and concluding contracts with new clients, update contracts with old customers if necessary. Managers business relations with customers in all the aspects
12. Solves issues concerning sales, manufacturing and delivering ready goods for customers within his area.
13. Files the sales history on every customer within his region, find and collect information about new potential customers in the region, find ways to build strong relations with them.
14. All reports are on time
15. Is able to demonstrate welding equipment to his customers.
